Placed an order on 6/29/11. On 7/2 requested status and were advised, “I have messaged our warehouse for a tracking number. As soon as I receive it I will forward it to you. Please be aware that you should not see a charge on your credit card until we ship your purchase. Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime. Thanks for your business, we really appreciate it.” That was the last I ever heard from them.
After nearly three weeks of their failure to respond to my phone messages (they never answered the phone and even on late Sunday evening their response was always the same — “we are on the phone helping another customer…”) and repeated emails, I sent a request to CANCEL. Not once but three separate times to three separate email addresses, continued phone messages and finally a certified letter.
It was only after a final urgent plea for the common courtesy of a response to my cancellation request that I finally received a confirmation, which interestingly ended with their rote, “Please let us know if you have any other questions, and thanks again for your business, we really appreciate it..” This is a company well worth avoiding.
