My Complaint Description:
A sender sent 2 parcels to me, a big one and a small bag for what didn't fit on the big bag, on the 29th of November 2018. It was suppose to take 3 to 5 days according to the payment I made, but it took until the 10th December where I received the small parcel. My products sell as a combo of 3 items and the small parcel didn't have one type of product. Now there's nothing I can do with the small parcel without the big one. They keep delaying saying they'll call me back but they don't I have ro keep calling them again and again.
Paxi tacks the parcels and use Pep stores as collection points and RAM courier delivers the parcels.
Paxi can no longer track the parcel which means RAM lost my parcel and they costed me a lot of business.

The are arrogant, they said they won't deal with the receiver, but the sender, while the sender says they don't her any feedback she has to move back and forth trying to contact them.

  1. These people are not interested in helping me, they lied that they found the parcel on the wrong destination. They will call the sender to confirm the right destination so they will reroute it. It’s been hours they contacting the sender instead they say she must call some other time.
