MEXICO CITY — I did not have a very good experience with Aeromexico! Back on Wednesday, June 1st, 2016, I took my very first flight using my precious 30,000 SkyMiles that I have religiously saved for through Delta Airlines to go from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Toronto, Ontario, Canada and I did not have a very good experience at all!

To start off: The flight did not take off for at least one full hour so basically we did not leave from Buenos Aires, Argentina as scheduled and we did not receive any type of compensation for this horrible, drastic delay! Before we received our first lunch meal, one of their flight attendants made a very strange request and demanded to have all of the window shades closed during daylight hours!

Please note: I never experienced this before on any airplane in my life and asked why and never received an answer! I felt very uncomfortable with this to say the very least! To continue on: Shortly after that incident, they did serve us a pasta or chicken lunch, however, the portions were not very large at all compared to Delta Airlines' portions.

I did in fact ask for an extra meal because I was starving with your small portioned meals and waited over an hour for one and sadly one of your flight attendants came back and told me that there were no more meals which I did not believe because not only was the plane half way full during my first flight, but even one of their customers was sleeping near me and got his meal quite late (close to the extra hour longer that I had waited) and it is simply amazing that there was still a meal for their other customer (even though it was rather late), but there was not an extra meal for me! How ridiculous and very selfish does it get!

Last, but not least, their in-flight entertainment system definitely needs improvement as well! During my in-flight experience, I was not able to find one single news station such as Fox, CNN, BBC, etc. I have never been on an airplane that does not have any news station on their in-flight system and theirs is the first!

When it came to search for music albums on their music stations, there was also a very poor selection as well! And when it came to television shows, yes, they have some, but they have no cooking shows, no designing shows such as HGTV, etc. Please note: They should examine Delta's in-flight entertainment system and follow their steps and perhaps they would have a much better service! Obviously!

Please note: I want to touch on one more thing that bothered me… Since on my first flight, we were not served dinner, then by the time I got to my second flight, I was still starving and sadly, there was no dinner being served on my final flight and I had to wait until the very next morning for the small breakfast to be served! Overall, this was not a very good Aeromexico in-flight experience and definitely not worth my 30,000 hard earned SkyMiles that I used to purchase this one-way flight!

After I had sent out my letter of very serious complaint to Aeromexico, I received a response letter from Montserrat ** in customer service. She did absolutely nothing for me and was so cheap and selfish! I will not be flying anymore with Aeromexico! They suck! Delta Airlines is way B.E.T.T.E.R.!!!

Last, but not least, their inflight entertainment system definitely needs improvement as well! During my inflight experience, I was not able to find one single news station such as Fox, CNN, BBC, etc. I have never been on an airplane that does not have any news station on their in flight system and Aeromexico is the first! Please note: Aeromexico should examine Delta's inflight entertainment system and follow their steps and perhaps they would have a much better service! Obviously! Please note: I want to touch on one more thing that bothered me… Since back on my first flight, we were not served dinner, then by the time I got to my second flight, I was still starving and sadly, there was no dinner being served on my final flight and I had to wait until the very next morning for the small breakfast to be served!

Overall, this was not a very good Aeromexico inflight experience and definitely not worth my 30,000 hard earned skymiles that I used to purchase this one way flight! Overall, this was not a very good flight and not a very good deal for 30,000 skymiles!

Please note: I did send out this letter of very serious complaint to all of Aeromexico's top executives and I did receive two (2) unhelpful reply letters: One from Monserrat ** and the other from Edouard **. Both of them were useless, greedy and selfish and offered me no resolution and no compensation for my legitimate, serious complaints!

Please note: they could have offered me some Delta skymiles back to my account for this disgusting, horrible service! Instead, they offered me nothing! I am never flying with Aeromexico again! Final thoughts: this is exactly the type of low class service that you get when you fly a third (3rd) world airlines!

I noticed that WestJet gets many compliments on this site but they are usually referenced in complaints about Air Canada so thought West Jet deserved its own review. For my friends south of the American border, if you should ever find yourself travelling to the Great White North, visit westjet.com before making your reservation to see if they have a flight departing from near you.

WestJet has several advantages: (1) by policy, they NEVER overbook flights; (2) have the best on-time record of any airline operating in Canada; (3) they have given all their staff stock options and travelling them, you can tell the employees are vested in the company's success – they are very helpful and courteous; (4) 80% of their flights have individual entertainment for passengers in the form of seat-back LCD TVs, even for short haul flights.

With all this, they are reported to be one of the most profitable airlines per passenger in North America despite operating with a business model that seems more expensive (i.e: no overbooking, stock for everybody). Slight drawbacks for me as a business traveler is the lack of business class seating and not having a frequent flier program. But for peace of mind flying, they are are without peer in my experience.

I was very disappointed with the way WestJet handled my baggage on a recent trip. They completely destroyed the roll-on mechanism of the suitcase, rendering my new suitcase useless. It would have required a lot of force to cause that much damage. It is almost impossible to make a claim for the damage because they put so many bumps along the way. It's a very arduous process. No wonder very few register a claim. I would not recommend flying with them.

Delhivery Private Limited Complaint – Lost Package

I shipped my garment worth around 10,000 and listed the pickup on 5th
January and the promised delivery date was 13th January 2020. Upon
multiple enquiries via emails, I got no replies(I have attached the email
thread). I had to personally call(24th January) to which I was told that I will
get resolution within 24-48hrs. They did not call within 48 hours and again I
had to call and they confirmed that they have lost my parcel. My
information was hindered for a very long time and it is an example of gross
incompetence and mismanagement as no corrective action was taken. Upon
waiting and talking to their manager, I was told that I will get ₹ 2000 as a
refund. I request you to look into it as they tried to hide information to
which I was entitled and have deliberately avoided any corrective action. I
have been consistently writing to them and got no replies. Such an event
could have been avoided if an action was taken earlier upon receipt of my
first email, but nothing was done upon writing to them 5-6 times on a daily
basis. In one of the replies, I was even told that the shipment has reached
delivery center and I was supposed to share my contact number which I did.
There is a possibility they have deliberately lost my package. As per the
tracking you can see that no corrective action was taken by any staff from
Delhivery. Thanks.
