Hello. My self, Hemanth Kumar from Hyderabad worked for 7 months in your company as a HR Executive. You told me to credit my salary approx 43K in the month of Jun,2018. Everytime it postpones just like your product release dates.

Nobody is responding to my calls and messages neither you as a CEO of Startup Aptinova and TVSS Subramanyam.

Could some one help us? My 80 yr old mother travelled in Alitalia last June from Mexico City to Fuimicino airpot in Rome. Alitalia lost her luggage, at the airport made her wait 4 hrs to fill out a lost luggage form. She was expecting to meet with the rest of the family and did not have a forwading address to fill out the lost luggage form. She asked to be able to walk out that part of the airport to meet with us and be able to get the address she needed but, she simply was told she could not walk outside that area. So she was held there for four hours. This delay caused us to miss our limo and apartment reservations and a significant amout of extra money.

After our return to the US at the beginning of July, by email I contacted Alitalia customer realtions team. I waited until the middle of August with no response, so I sent a second email this time they responded quickly and they simply said it had been more 21 days since the date of the lost luggege and the date I sent them my email so the was nothing they could do for a possible claim. I asked for a supervisor and President's name. Needless to say, no response from Alitalia's customer relations team.
