I visit the store two day ago, I went to drive thru. My order total was of 26 dollars. I check my back statement today and pollo loco charged me three times the same amount. I call the store today during my lunch to resolve this issued, the person who answered the call told me to call back later because he was busy. I explained to him that it hard for me to be calling them due to am busy with work. He stated he had to check his computer in order to assist me but he did not had the time. I asked him for a phone number to complain due to is not my fault the made the mistake why do I have to keep calling them???

Mitsubishi declined submission for repair stating leakage is within their guidelines. It doesn't matter they have been leaking for 2 years still within their guidelines

A Fence company cut my POTS copper phone line. Verizon refuses to reconnect the POTS line. A technician came out without equipment and said this is not VOIP and is a copper line he had no equipment to find or fix. Verizon scheduled dec ** for repair it did not happen. Contacted State Utility Commission. Woman said she would try to get it repaired. Also told me I may not have legal rights and have to except poor service with VOIP connection. During 2014 I was without power for four days and POTS line was the only thing that worked. I have had Verizon service since 1996. Verizon continues to bill me for service not provided. Please I pray you can fix this. They continue to call me only to sell me on VOIP service which I do not want.
