My Complaint Description:
I placed an an order in Dec. 2010 for Christmas dinnerware. They charged my credit card for what was expected to ship. I didn’t receive my order and was finally told shipment was due to be delivered in June. I asked at that time for a credit and rebill as the items were shipped. They agreed but that never happened. I did receive some items sooner than June, but less than what I was charged for. I e-mailed them several times asking for a refund for the difference and finally was told yes they did owe me $200.
The rest of my order came in a little at a time through August of 2011. When the balance never arrived, I e-mailed them again and was told the items had been discontinued. They never bothered to let me know until I asked. They still have not refunded my $200.00 and my credit card company said now it is too late for them to do anything about it. The Cozy Pineapple is a horrible company so STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! Any calls you make to them go directly to voicemail and they do not return your calls. I guess I am out 200.00!!
