My Complaint Description:
Bought expensive coffee machine for my daughter last Xmas. The milk frother part was either lost or missing, not sure which, it’s a small piece. Contacted Oster who referred a company in Edmonton AB that handles this part. Been waiting 9 months already and they keep running us around and as of last months call, they claim no new manufacturing on that part. So now we are stuck with a counter ornament that we can’t use. I’ve complained to Oster on their FB page and have been ignored. When I called them out on ignoring me, I got an unbelievable response to “if ever we get the part in stock, we will let you know”
“ if ever” , so in another words I’ve wasted $300. And I might as well take to landfill
Why are they allowed to manufacture products and not ensure replacement parts available
Seems no consumer protection and it took awhile to save $300.
