I have been buying smart ones for years. I just heated up a pot roast with carrots, potato & string beans. 3 pieces of meat were fatty with grizzle. This never happened before. I just thought you should know. I am not going to stop buying your product but am shocked as in all the years of purchasing your meals, this one slipped through the cracks. I visit the store two day ago, I went to drive thru. My order total was of 26 dollars. I check my back statement today and pollo loco charged me three times the same amount. I call the store today during my lunch to resolve this issued, the person who answered the call told me to call back later because he was busy. I explained to him that it hard for me to be calling them due to am busy with work. He stated he had to check his computer in order to assist me but he did not had the time. I asked him for a phone number to complain due to is not my fault the made the mistake why do I have to keep calling them???

My Complaint Description:
My wife and I went to LOGAN'S ROAD HOUSE for our 45th anniversary dinner, on June 2,2018. We have gone there every year for our anniversary. We ordered shrimp and sirloin steak dinner with grilled mushrooms and rice.
The shrimp was overcooked, steaks were half way decent. The young lady that waited on us was good. She was soft spoken, had a hard time hearing her, but that is not my complaint. The picture of the order we placed looked better then what we are served.
Could of gotten a better burger at Krystals. Highly disappointed. I didn't want to send it back because I know what they can do to it to orders that are sent back.
